Unlike China, Hong Kong is very free, any religion, website (except child pornography) can be used, but, Hong Kong still has strict laws, not with online browsing but with vehicle emissions :P<BR/><BR/>--CHINA--<BR/>As you know, many news sources say that China is very strict with content. Youtube is partly banned in Mainland China since they don't want anybody to upload videos giving people a bad impression of China. Let's just say China is a fast growing market and doesn't want anybody harming its growth.
