New Device for the Blind: BrainPort

The new device called BrainPort, it is a portable technology that can transfer images from the camera on the helmet to humans via the tongue. BrainPort creates blurry images of megapixels. The tongue is almost as powerful as the brain. Unfortuanately, the tongue isn't very dependant and has limited functions. The device is still being tested, but, many people are sure it will become a successful device for the blind. The device has been mentioned in CBS News (my source for information about BrainPort).
